Senal’s XU-2496 combines an audio interface and mic preamp in a light and portable unit. Connect any professional microphone to record clear and pristine audio with 24-bit and 96 kHz sampling. This XLR-to-USB interface makes it easy to record to your favorite DAW whether you’re on a PC or Mac, in the studio, or on the go. Plug in a dynamic or condenser microphone, and dial in the perfect level with input gain control and the LED peak indicator. Engage the separate 48V phantom-power button when your mic needs extra juice. 48 V Phantom Power
Both dynamic and condenser microphones are compatible with the XU-2496. Switchable 48 V phantom power provides compatibility for your condenser mic.
Mic Level Control and Peak Indicator
To set optimum recording levels and ensure cleanly recorded tracks without clipping, the mic gain level adjusts the mic’s input signal that’s being sent to the computer. The peak level indicator displays three colors showing you the incoming audio level so you can dial in the precise amount of gain.
Monitor Mix
The monitor mix control adjusts the volume level between your playback tracks and live microphone. Dial in the perfect playback levels while you record.
Zero-Latency Monitoring
Enjoy zero-latency monitoring when you plug your headphones into the 1/8-inch headphone jack. Real-time monitoring without distracting latency means your recordings will be on time without missing a beat.
Metal Housing
