Overview
Polsen’s USX-116 will make the process of sending your computer’s audio to a mixing board, speaker, or recorder a lot easier. It’s an ideal accessory to have handy for live sound or installation applications. The USX-116 is a compact A/D converter that transfers the audio signal from your computer’s USB port to a 3-pin XLR connector. It outputs a balanced, line-level signal that can be sent anywhere via a balanced XLR cable. And when it reaches its destination, the 16-bit, 44.1 kHz CD-quality audio will be accurate, robust, and interference- and noise-free. The USX-116 is bus powered, so you don’t need to carry around a plug or power cable, and you won’t need to download drivers or software. Just plug it into your powered USB computer port, and it’s ready to go to work.
