TTL Macro Ring Flash for Canon

The Bolt VM-1010C TTL Macro Ring Flash is a closeup wireless flash option for the Bolt VM-1000C. It works with your Canon camera and VM-1020C Transceiver to help you light up and capture macro shots with wireless multi-angle lighting. Illuminate your smallest subjects from insects to flowers and choose between three groups and four channels of wireless communication. Manually adjust seven power levels or allow the flash to be triggered by another light source. Attach the macro flash unit to the end of your lens or in the background, all with creative control.

Two mounting options allow you to place your light in the right position. Mount the flash to the VM-1000’s Macro Flash Ring, and light up subjects close to your lens with the ability to slide the flash around the ring for best light placement. An included stand lets you use the flash wirelessly off-camera for background fill lighting. The flash head adjusts from -45° to 60° for ideal angles around the ring or attached to the stand.

This macro flash offers high-speed sync up to 1/8000. Use a high shutter speed and shoot with a wide aperture when you want maximum bokeh.

The LED focus assist/flash test is a great way to help your camera focus and test everything is working with your flash setup. Alternatively, you can use the LEDs as modeling lights to preview the lighting from the VM-1010C flash.

This flash includes two diffusers to soften the light when you don’t want harsh shadows. Nine color gels provide options to match existing lighting or experiment and create your own unique look. An included pouch keeps all your gels together and scratch free.

A drawstring pouch offers space for the flash and accessories. So, when you’re ready to set up your macro flash rig, you’ll have everything at your fingertips.
