Overview
Genaray’s Essential 500II Bi-color LED light is a bestselling lightweight fixture that provides a high-powered lighting solution for in-studio or on-location illumination. It produces bright, consistent light, using AC power or two Sony-style NP-F batteries. And it’s designed with a sturdy housing that will withstand the rigors of continued use. The array contains 504 individual tungsten and daylight LEDs that when combined generate a variable color temperature that allows you to adjust from 3200 to 5600 K. For the ideal brightness for your exposure, the light output is adjustable from 0% to 100% with a built-in dimmer. Additionally, a removable diffusion filter is included to help soften and spread the light. LED lights produce very little heat, so the Essential 500 Daylight LED can be used for extended periods without overheating. The lightweight construction and integrated cold-shoe mounts allow you to stack and operate up to three units simultaneously. Portability makes setting up and breaking down your lighting setups easy and stress-free.

Color Accuracy
You won’t need to spend your time at the computer, color correcting your shots. With a CRI and TLCI of over 95, the SP-E-500IIB’s color rendition is extremely accurate.
Multiple Powering Options
The fixture is powered by an AC connection if you prefer a wall-socket power supply. For wireless portability, you can also power the unit with DC power using two Sony NP-F type batteries.
Flicker Free Light
If you hesitate to shoot in slow motion because of the possibility of strobing effect, go ahead and shoot at a high frame rate. The Essential 500IID LED emits a flicker-free beam that eliminates strobing effect that’s common when you shoot slow motion video with non-flicker or fluorescent lights.
Adaptable Mounting Options
A standard 5/8 in. mount and 1/4-20 female sockets on the top and bottom of the unit fit most light stands or tripods for fully customizable light mounting.
Removable Yoke
The preinstalled, removable yoke can be mounted horizontally or vertically on a light stand, allowing you to optimally position the fixture.
Build Up Your Light Output
The fixture is equipped with cold-shoe mounts that allow you to stack up to three units. You can create a large array of LED lights for exceptional brightness and wide coverage.
