Overview
Compatible with bodypack transmitters with a 3.5 mm input or most portable recorders, the low-profile and lightweight ESM-1-MN earset microphone delivers rich, accurate, and natural-sounding vocals. The miniscule 3 mm microphone is optimized for speech, and it’s mounted on a flexible and adjustable boom for precise placement and the best sound. The earclip comfortably conforms to your ears and holds the mic securely in place for active applications like fitness, mobile journalism, worship, or demonstrations. The mic’s omnidirectional polar pattern will pick up speech clearly, regardless of the direction of the sound source. For theatrical and live presentations, the earset’s low profile won’t obstruct the user’s face, distract an audience, or cast an unwanted shadow.
Features
Mono Mini Plug Connector
The ESM-1-MN features a mono mini plug for connectivity with transmitters with 3.5 mm inputs and most portable recorders. The 45-inch cable is long enough that it won’t restrict your movements while speaking or performing.
For Speech and Vocals
The microphone is optimized to capture clear and natural speech and vocals. When you’re recording or speaking to a large audience, the earset’s omnidirectional microphone will make sure your voice is clear and crisp.
Omnidirectional Polar Pattern
The omnidirectional polar pattern ensures that your voice will be crystal clear whether the microphone is directly in front of you or off axis. It also ensures low sensitivity to vocal pops or plosives. Your voice will sound natural and accurate, and even if the mic is very close, it won’t make your voice sound deep and boomy.
Compact and Lightweight
There’s nothing like the freedom of speaking when there’s nothing distracting or bothering you. The ESM-1-MN is so light and slim that you might not even know it’s there. And since it’s securely attached with an earclip, you never have to worry about mic placement.
Low Profile
The low-profile microphone is perfect for on-camera or live presentations. It won’t obstruct the speaker’s face and won’t cast an unwanted shadow on your subject when you’re shooting video. And since it’s barely noticeable by the user, it lets them speak and act naturally.
Single-Sided Earclip
For stability and a microphone that won’t move or slip, the earclip adjusts to your ear and securely holds the microphone in place whether you’re speaking to a large crowd or leading a spin class.
