Overview
The Vello 3 ft Off-Camera Cord for Sony Multi Interface Shoe (MIS) allows off-camera attachment of Sony MIS flashes to your MIS camera. It’s an easy solution to enjoy full TTL capability and add more depth to the lighting in your photos. With the flash off-camera, you can minimize harsh shadows and flat lighting generally produced by a flash attached directly to the camera’s hot shoe. A coiled cord offers a maximum distance of 3 feet (1 m) when extended and enables you to move the flash around your subject for creative lighting effects. You can use the OCS-SM3’s mounting foot to attach to a cold shoe or use the 1/4-20 threaded socket to mount it to a light stand, tripod or flash bracket.

Mount the Vello TTL cord to tripods and light stands that have a 1/4-20 mounting stud or use the mounting foot to attach the TTL cord to a cold shoe.
