Overview
The Kopul Laptop One-Channel Direct Box converts an unbalanced line-level stereo signal from a laptop, tablet, or smartphone to a balanced mic-level mono signal. The audio signal from your device can be output to a mixing console, sound card, or PA system via its XLR connector. Perfect for musicians, singers, and content creators on the go, it’s small enough to fit in your pocket and it’s passive, so there’s no external power needed. Just connect it to your device and it works. The LT-PDI2 plugs directly into any device with a 1/8-inch (3.5 mm) output jack. The direct box does the rest for you by converting that unbalanced line-level signal to a balanced mic-level signal for your mixer or PA system. This is great for playing tracks from your phone through a PA system or for sending tracks from your DAW to a mixing console or recorder. The ground-lift switch eliminates the low hum of a ground loop so your tracks will be clean and noise free when they reach their destination. The mute switch provides instant cutoff when audio is playing during events or lectures.

Balanced XLR Output
The balanced XLR output is crucial to your sound because it won’t pick up any radio frequency or electromagnetic interference, even with a long cable run to reach the console. This DI box will give you noise-free and pristine sound to perform to or add to your recording session.
Adjustable Output Volume
The direct box has a volume control that lets you adjust the output volume so you’re always sending a strong signal to a recorder or console.
Ground Lift Switch
The LT-PDI2 features a ground lift switch so you can defeat the dreaded low ground loop hum that can interfere with your tracks and annoy audiences. Keep your tracks clean, and when you hear that hated low hum, just select the lift position and your problem is solved.
Mute Switch
The mute switch conveniently cuts off the audio for making announcements to an audience, a quick conversation in the studio, or when a presenter or group comes back from a break.
