The combo head features a retractable 5/8" baby pin plus a 1-1/8" junior receiver that will let you mount the widest variety of gear of any light stand. The retractable baby pin is spring-loaded, so you can prepare the stand for your light or accessory with one hand. The junior receiver features a tear drop design that locks the junior 1-1/8” pin into the apex for solid and secure mounting that won’t wobble once it’s locked into the head.

You have nothing to fear when you mount your gear on Impact’s combo stand. Wide-diameter steel riser sections with rugged and durable steel legs will securely carry loads up to 88 pounds.

To make sure your gear is as secure at maximum height as it is at minimum height, custom brake castings feature a hexagonal shape that makes your stands visually unique as well as rock solid.

For setting up on uneven surfaces like stairs, a curb, or hill, the sliding leg feature lets you level the stand and provide stable and secure rigging for your gear or slider system.

The 30.4-inch footprint diameter along with steel 1-inch square legs give you the stability you need to set lights and accessories on location in windy conditions. The legs are supported by heavy-duty aluminum struts and beefy spider castings that combine for rock steady support, even holding its maximum load.

A hanger pin is designed into the top spider casting of the combo stand so you can hang the stand on a rack in your studio, grip rental or grip truck for convenient storage and transport.
