Overview
Raya’s 18-inch Bendie Brite is ideal for lighting vlogs, interviews, influencer videos, and broadcasting from home. In fact, you can take this 18-inch LED ring light with you anywhere you want to record, chat, or livestream, indoors or out. Its bi-color LEDs are housed in a diffuser that softens and spreads the beam for a flattering single-shadow light that’s bright and color accurate. And it’s called the “Bendie” because it folds to a compact size and fits inside its own carry case so you can sling it over your shoulder and move to your next location or setup. This ring light runs on battery or AC power so it’s as effective in the field as it is in the office or at home. Variable color temperature adjustment from 2700 to 5600 K lets you light subjects with the warmth of a tungsten bulb, bright daylight, and everything in between. You can use your smartphone as a camera because the ring light comes equipped with a flexible phone arm that will fit most smartphones with or without a protective case.
Features
Light Your Videos
One of the fundamental things you can do for your influencer videos is to light yourself in a flattering wraparound light that doesn’t cast harsh shadows on your face. The color accuracy is so good that you’ll look great with natural skin tones, and beautiful color.
Battery or Plug-In Power
You can power the Bendie Brite regardless of where you decide to set up. Indoors, power your light from a nearby wall plug. For outdoor setups, use a readily available NP-F battery to power your shoot or livestream.
Mounting Options
The Bendie Brite is designed with a 1/4-20 mounting socket so you can attach the light directly onto a tripod or even an accessory arm. The light has an adjustable mount so you can aim your light exactly where you want it.
Bi-color LEDs
You can adjust this bi-color ring light from the warmth of a tungsten bulb to cool and natural daylight, and everything in between. Select the color temperature that matches the ambient lighting you’re in, or you can create your own look.
Flexible Phone Holder
The phone clamp is on a flexible arm, so you have the option of camera placement that gives you the best angle. Put your camera in the center of the ring for a straight-on shot that minimizes distracting shadows. Or mount your phone on one of the other shoe mounts and experiment with different camera angles. The spring-loaded clamp fits most smartphones up to 3.25 inches wide and provides a firm grip that will keep your camera in position while you shoot.
USB Charging Port
The light has a 5V/2A USB charging port, so your battery doesn’t get depleted while you’re working. While your phone isn’t in use, plug into the charging port to recharge your battery.
Folds Up
This is why it’s called the Bendie Brite. The light folds up to a compact 11 inches, so you can put it in the carry bag, sling it over your shoulder, and take to wherever you need to set up next.
Remote Control
The included remote lets you operate the light from up to 50 feet away. This lets you set up the light and go back behind the camera. If a change in brightness or color temp is needed, you can adjust it from where you’re standing. Auto buttons let you instantly adjust the light to preset color temperatures and brightness with the touch of a button.
