Overview
The Raya Bendie-Brite Folding USB Bi-Color LED Ring Light (10") offers a great solution for lighting your vlogs, chats, and selfies, wherever you’re creating them. The feather-light ring light folds in half and won’t take up a lot of space when you’re on the go. And you can adjust to the exact color temperature and brightness your project needs with touch-sensitive controls, so you’ll either stand out or blend into your surroundings. This ring light is powered from any USB port, and this allows you to run the light from the computer or tablet your shooting on, and you don’t have to carry a bulky AC adapter around with you. You can use your smartphone as a camera because the ring light comes equipped with a flexible phone arm that will fit most smartphones with or without a protective case. An included ballhead gives you the option of mounting the light on a desktop tripod so you can take advantage of the ballhead’s steadiness and precise aiming capabilities. There’s even a built-in cold shoe to add a microphone or accessory arm to your setup.
Features
USB Power
The ring light runs on any powered USB port, and that’s a plus because you don’t have to pack a power cord and bulky AC adapter, and you don’t have to look around for a plug. You can run the light right from your computer, laptop, or tablet, so you can light yourself for chat or record a vlog practically anywhere. If you’re only carrying your smartphone with you, slip a small power bank into your pocket and use it to run the light when you’re ready to record or talk.
Touch-Sensitive Controls
Set the color temperature and brightness without worrying about numbers or percentages. Slide your fingertip along the touch-sensitive controls until the light looks right. Because when it looks right, it is right!
Bi-Color LEDs
The ring light is capable of the soft warmth of a tungsten bulb, the brilliance of bright and natural daylight, and everything in between. You can adjust the color temperature to match the ambient lighting you’re in, or you can create your own look if you’re chatting or vlogging in dim light.
Flexible Phone Holder
The phone clamp is on a flexible arm, so you have the option of camera placement that gives you the best picture. The spring-loaded clamp fits most smartphones up to 3.25 inches wide and provides a firm grip that will keep your camera in position while you shoot.
Ball Head
Using a tabletop or mini tripod can solve the problem of a shaky picture from handheld vlogs or chats. The included ballhead screws onto a desktop tripod, and you can mount the light and your phone onto the ballhead. This setup lets you take advantage of a steady camera and hands-free video along with precise swivel and tilt adjustments.
