Overview
The versatile and durable Oben AT-3565 tripod and BZ-217T ball head is a compact and lightweight kit that’s ideal for travel. It sets up quickly, folds up neatly into its own carry bag, and offers a variety of options for the photographer on the go. This 5-section tripod features lightweight yet sturdy aluminum construction. The adjustable legs can be set at three locking angles to ensure stable support on uneven terrain or at low angles. Integrated spiked feet beneath the nonslip rubber feet provide steadiness on soft ground, grass, or sand. The adjustable center column is equipped with a spring-loaded weight hook for added steadiness in windy conditions. For more shooting options, one leg of the tripod can be removed and used as a fully functional monopod that can extend to a height of 64.1 inches. Oben’s BZ-Series triple-action ball head features independent tension and locking knobs for setting the prefect ball friction for your camera and lens. The head has two locks that provide independent adjustment of the ball and panoramic base. The integrated bubble level ensures accurate camera alignment with the horizon.

5-Section Tripod
The lightweight aluminum AT-3565 tripod features 5-section telescoping legs secured by ergonomic twist locks. Flip locks take a lot of effort to operate and find the perfect height. All it takes with the ergonomic twist locks is a simple quarter turn to adjust each section.
Three Locking Angles
The legs lock at three different angles for stable support on uneven terrain or at low angles. The leg angle adjustment lock also allows the legs to fold up 180° to a compact size for transport or storage.
Spiked Feet
For additional steadiness when you’re shooting on soft surfaces like grass or sand, you’ll be happy to have the option of exposing the integrated spiked feet beneath the nonslip rubber feet. They won’t slip or move on soft ground.
Adjustable Center Column
The adjustable center column is secured by a twist lock for extra height and easy height adjustment.
Low-Angle Center Column
There’s a whole world down there! And the included low-angle center column is ideal for those shots where you need to position your camera close to the ground. When you’re looking for that unique low-angle perspective, you can simply remove the center column and insert the low-angle column in seconds.
Integrated Monopod
It’s better to have more shooting options as long as you don’t have to carry extra gear. One leg of the tripod can be removed in seconds and used as a fully functional monopod. The monopod is great to have handy when you’re walking to a location, something catches your eye, and there’s no time to set up a tripod.
Triple-Action Ball Head
Oben’s sturdy BZ-Series triple-action ball head boasts smooth and effortless operation and features separate locking knobs for independently adjusting the ball and panoramic base. The ball head also features a 90-degree notch for effortless switching from landscape to portrait orientation.
Tension Knob
The BZ-217 ballhead features a separate tension knob that controls the amount of friction on the ball in order to maintain strict control when you’re positioning it. The knob is designed with a different look and feel, so it’s easily identified either by sight or by touch.
Arca Swiss-Type Quick-Release
The BZ-Series Ball Head includes an Arca Swiss-type quick-release plate for ease in mounting and dismounting your camera. You can attach an Oben QR plate to all of your cameras for rapid camera swapping so you’ll never miss a shot.
Bubble Level
The ball head has an integrated bubble level to assure accurate camera alignment with the horizon.
