Features
Aluminum Construction
The monopod’s aluminum construction is popular among photographers for its durability and rigidity. The monopod will provide a rigid firm and stable platform for your camera, even when you work in terrible weather.
Lightweight
Whether you’re trekking long distances to get your shot, or running up and down the sideline to keep up with the action, the ATM-2600 monopod won’t weigh you down. The monopod weighs slightly over a pound and is easy to carry, whether it’s in your gear bag or attached to your belt.
Integrated Mount
The top plate provides the option of mounting a head or a camera and lens directly to the monopod. A reversible 1/4-20 and 3/8-16 screw is compatible with any camera or head. The plate features three integrated set screws for extra security for your mounted gear.
Leg Warmer
Don’t let nasty weather keep you from getting the perfect shot. The foam pad surrounds the leg for comfortable handling in cold weather and a secure grip in the rain.
Wrist Strap and Belt Clip
The wrist strap provides an extra degree of security in case you accidentally lose your grip on the monopod. The integrated belt clip provides hands-free carrying options when you’re on the move to your next shot.
Twist Locks
The ergonomic twist locks let you set up, break down, and adjust the height quickly and effortlessly. For extra ease of use, the tubes feature non-twist alignment that prevents them from spinning around when you’re working the locks.
Retractable Spike
For solid footing on soft surfaces like grass or sand, the monopod features a retractable spike that extends with a few twists of the rubber foot. When you move to a more solid surface, you can retract the spikes with a few turns and use the rubber nonslip foot.
