Overview
Angler’s 6-inch Fresnel lens fits on most lights with a Bowen S-type accessory mount and employs a dual lens design to focus, sharpen, and amplify your beam. The rotating barrel focuses the spread from an intense 12° spot to a broad 40° flood with a smooth falloff from the center hot spot. This Fresnel provides control over the quality of light, so you can shape the look of your shot. The dual lens design features an inner lens that focuses and amplifies the beam before it hits the 6-inch glass Fresnel for focusing. The width of the beam is adjusted with a simple twist for an intuitive focusing experience similar to a camera lens. And the additional result is a light that’s amplified by a factor of 2 with minimal light spill.

Bowens Mount
This focusable Fresnel is compatible with most lights equipped with Bowens S-type mounts and is designed to seamlessly fit into your lighting setup. With a simple quarter-twist of the Bowens accessory mount, your light can harness the versatility of the 2X-FRESNEL.
Fresnel Lens
The 2X-FRESNEL focuses the beam from a concentrated 12° spot with a long throw to a wide 40° flood. Focus the light on one spot, like your subject’s face, or illuminate the entire frame.
Focusable
With the adjustable-length Fresnel lens, you can put your light in one spot and modify the tightness of the light pattern without moving or shifting the fixture. Pinpoint a specific area or aspect of your subject with minimal effort and no downtime.
Dual Lens Design
The inner lens focuses the output of your light to the Fresnel lens, so no light is wasted bouncing around the interior of the unit. Due to the focusing power of the interior lens, you light will also have twice its output from normal use.
6-Inch Glass Fresnel
The 6-inch glass Fresnel lens has the traditional ribbed design that make Fresnels a favorite for dramatic and creative lighting effects that are favored by fashion and portrait photographers.
Withstands Heat
The Fresnel can withstand the heat from a 600 W LED light thanks for the integrated heat sinks that allow airflow around the unit. Your light fixture and the Fresnel will stay cool and won’t overheat during long shoots.
