Overview
The Impact SRP-120W is a heavy-duty welded steel wall plate that features a swiveling three-inch baby pin that can be used for a variety of permanent and semipermanent mounting applications. This wall plate mounts to any flat surface via the eight anchor points on the plate and allows you to move your light or accessory off the floor and maximize your floor space. The ball socket allows you to mount a light in almost any orientation, and the ball’s knurling and large, ergonomic locking handle assure a firm hold on your gear that won’t slip or shift. You can also attach the plate to the floor or an apple box and use the wall plate as a low-angle stand.
Features
Baby Pin Stud
The 3-inch baby pin accommodates any fixture with a standard 5/8-inch receiver, which makes it a go-to accessory for photo and video shoots. Mount lights, strobes, boom arms, or clamps, and use the swivel function for precise aiming. At full extension, the stud has a reach of seven inches.
Heavy-Duty Chromed Steel
This wall mount is made of heavy-duty chrome steel, and the baby pin is welded to the plate for strength and stability.
Knurled Ball Joint
The knurling that’s etched into the ball ensures a firm hold that won’t turn, slip, or twist once you tighten the locking T-handle.
Precise Placement
The steel ball socket and large locking T-handle allow you to angle and aim any light fixture or accessory with a 5/8-inch stud. Eight anchor points on the plate allow for small diameter fasteners like nails or larger diameter fasteners like bolts. And unlike a tripod, a wall plate can fit into spaces where there isn’t a lot of room to spare.
Safety Pin Hole
We’ve taken the safety of your crew, talent, and fixtures into account by adding a hole in the baby pin to attach a safety pin for extra security for open-ended receivers.
