Overview
The Impact TL-SA Umbrella Tilt Adapter is a solid and durable piece of grip gear that allows you to mount a light and umbrella to any stand with a baby pin, like a light stand or C-stand. Beefy aluminum construction will withstand the everyday demands of a busy studio, and the steel baby pin will securely hold weighty lights thanks to its flat-milled design that eliminates twisting. This adapter boasts a 130° tilt range, and its ratchet-style tilt lock has internal rosettes that prevent slipping once it’s in position. This adapter features a two-way 5/8-inch receiver for horizontal and vertical mounting, a very handy feature when you’re working in a tight space and mounting a light fixture and yoke. The Tilt Adaptor's umbrella mount will accept 7 and 8 mm umbrella shafts.

When you set up your light in a tight space, the ratchet-style locking handle will come in very handy. You can tighten and loosen the adapter and aim your light and umbrella even when there isn’t enough room to fully rotate the locking handle.
Two-Way Receiver
The adapter can mount to any baby pin, vertically or horizontally. This is particularly useful when you’re mounting light fixtures with yokes.
