Overview
Auray’s RRB-2U Rack Recessors attach to any standard equipment rack rail and move your valuable rack gear 3 inches deeper inside your equipment rack. Sturdy steel construction will hold most 2-space (2U) rack components. Recessing rack equipment by three inches ensures their front panel knobs and buttons don’t extend out over the front of the rack. It also leaves room for plug adaptors, dongles, and flash drives, and protects against damage from accidental bumps, impacts, or pressing against the rack door.

The RRB-2U recesses gear an extra 3 inches inside your rack and ensures that knobs and buttons don’t sustain damage from accidental impacts or pressing against the rack door during transport.
3-Inch Depth
Knobs and buttons that extend out over the front of the rack can be accidentally knocked or bumped when you’re moving the rack. You also may need to add a plug adapter, dongle, or flash drive. Recessing your gear ensures it won’t extend out over the front of your rack.
