This adapter also lets you use of the many accessories that are available with the FastBox such as a 40° grid, diffusers, and color gels. In addition, the adapter features a 1/4-20 socket so you can mount it on a tripod. You can also attach it to Angler’s FastBox Pistol Grip that has a 5/8-inch receiver for light stand mounting or for handheld use. Features
FastBox Compatible
If rapid setup and breakdown is on your list of necessary softbox features, the Angler FastBox is the solution you’re looking for. And compatibility with FastBox also means you can take advantage of the dedicated FastBox accessories like the diffusers, color gels, 40° grid, and the FastBox pistol grip.
Dedicated FastBox Adapter
The FB-CA adapter adds a secure mount to the FastBox softbox for Profoto A1, Godox V1, or Godox AD100Pro flash heads. It allows you to use your flash as a stand-alone unit while you benefit from the light-modifying and shaping capabilities of the Angler FastBox.
Strong Magnetic Mount
The FB-CA adapter features a ring of strong magnets that hold your flash firmly in place. Once it’s attached to the flash, it locks into the FastBox with a simple twist for a stable hold that you don’t have to think about until it’s time to wrap.
Locking Button
To ensure a snug and secure fit for your flash, the locking button gently presses a rubber pad down onto the flash that will securely hold it in place while it prevents slipping and twisting.
Accessories
The FB-CA is compatible with your Angler’s FB-CDGK color correcting and light shaping kit for the FastBox series of softboxes (available separately). You can take advantage of the dedicated FastBox accessories like the 40° grid and the FastBox pistol grip.
