Overview
Impact’s Cheater Plate features a 3-inch baby pin that’s “cheated” up 30 degrees from perpendicular for enough clearance for barndoors when your light fixture is facing down. Eight mounting holes for your choice of screws or nails ensure a solid and secure attachment to masonry, drywall, and apple boxes. The knurled baby pin will give you a secure mount that won’t twist or slip once your light fixture is attached.

Baby Pin
The standard 5/8-inch baby pin is angled up 30° to give enough room to operate your barndoors when your light fixture is facing down and close to the wall.
Knurling
The knurled baby pin gives a set screw a little extra bite when it’s tightened for a secure mount that won’t slip or twist once your light is attached.
Eight Mounting Points
The mounting plate has eight mounting holes so you can attach the Cheater Plate to walls, ceilings, or apple boxes with drywall screws, masonry screws, or nails.
