Overview
Impact’s four-section, three-riser air-cushioned light stand extends to a height of 10 feet (3 m), and it folds down to 33.5 inches so it can be easily carried and transported. It features sturdy, matte black anodized aluminum tubes and holds small lights, flash units, and accessories up to 8.5 pounds. Air cushioning makes the risers descend slowly when the locking knobs are loosened, and it protects your gear and fingers from accidents or mishaps.
Features
Integrated 5/8-Inch Spigot
The built-in 5/8-inch spigot is compatible with lights, flash units, and other photo and video accessories with a 5/8-inch receiver. The spigot also has a 1/4-inch threaded post for compatibility with a wide variety of grip gear.
Air Cushioned
The three risers feature air cushioning that prevents them from slamming down. Air cushioning protects your fingers from accidents and adds a level of security when you're adjusting the height of your gear.
Casters
The light stand's legs accept casters (sold separately). You can convert the LS-10ABI to a rolling light stand that's easy to move, so you won't waste time repositioning your lights when every minute counts.
Aluminum Construction
The anodized aluminum tubes support up to 8.5 pounds. Three telescoping risers extend to a full height of 10.1 feet, and they fold up to a compact 33.5 inches for portability and convenient storage.
Black Matte Finish
The black matte finish is great for studio and location shooting because it prevents unwanted glare from reflected light.
