Impact’s thee-section, two riser air-cushioned light stand extends to a height of 9.5 feet (2.9 m), and it folds down to 42 inches so it can be easily carried and transported. It holds lights and accessories up to 22 pounds and features sturdy anodized aluminum tubes that assure steadiness even when extended to maximum height. The wide, 52-inch footprint offers great stability when using oversized accessories like large softboxes. Air-cushioning makes the risers descend slowly when the locking knobs are loosened, and it protects your gear and fingers from accidents or mishaps.

The sturdy anodized aluminum tubes support up to 22 pounds. Two telescoping risers extend to a full height of 9.5 feet, and they fold up to 42 inches for portability and convenient storage.
Versatile
The removable 5/8-inch stud also features a reversible 1/4- and 3/8- inch threaded tip so the light stand can accommodate gear from weighty monolights to lighter LEDs. The light stand's receiver allows you to insert the stud vertically or horizontally for flexible mounting options.
Casters
The light stand's legs accept Impact's 25 mm casters (sold separately). You can convert the LS-96HABI to a rolling light stand that's easy to move, so you won't waste time repositioning your lights when every minute counts.
Wide Footprint
The 52-inch foot print is wide enough to provide solid stability when you're using softboxes or a boom arm .
Black Matte Finish
The black matte finish won't reflect light to prevent glare and is perfect for studio and location shooting.
